How To Give the Best Foot Treatment Ever!

Learning how to give a special treatment to the feet can be easier than you think.

For starters, I always suggest you start with a foot bath. Get out a plastic tub large enough for some wiggle room. Get some soapy warm water and a few drops of an essential oil -- either a straight or blended preparation.

This version gets right to the meat and potatoes of the matter. The elements that make up a great foot treatment -- joint mobilization techniques and a foot massage routine.
